A few weeks ago my friend Emily and I wrote a letter to the Topco company from my house, complaining about their juice pouches they make and how hard it is to get the straws into them. Emily had the bright idea to, instead of having the return address be to Chandler, to have the name be Usdom Incorporations.
They took it.
They sent a reply and two 2$ coupons for any Topco product.
Dear Mr. Inc.,
Thank you for contacting us regarding our Big Y Drink Mix. (NOTE: WRONG PRODUCT)
We're sorry that the product did not meet your expectations.
All the products we distribute are required to conform to our specifications and we work constantly to make sure they meet these criteria. We are forwarding your comments to our Quality Assurance specialists so they can review this matter with the manufacturer.
We appreciate your interest in our products and have enclosed coupons as reimbursement.
They may be used towards the purchase of any Topco items at the local store that carries our products.
